Project-Specific Endeavors

VI: HURRICANE RELIEF

When two Category-5 hurricanes struck the US and British Virgin Islands in September 2017, Mr. Evans-Freke launched a private initiative which imported and distributed supplies to those in dire need.

VI: SCHOOLS

Mr. Evans-Freke and his partner were responsible for building a tilapia and hydroponic farm at the Eudora Kean High School that serves as a multifaceted educational project while providing wholesome food for the school lunch program. They also initiated and funded the establishment of Apple Learning Labs at Eudora Kean and its feeder schools, to promote improved math and science teaching.

VI: THEATER

Pistarckle Theater, the local performing arts theater, annually designates Auven Therapeutics a lead Benefactor for its generous sponsorship of theater programs that benefit the community as well as mentoring children in theater arts.

VI: AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS

Through his sustained annual support, the St. Thomas Boys and Girls Club, which serves under privileged students, is able to provide food during after school programs and scholarships to needy children for summer programs.

IRELAND: RATHBARRY NATIONAL SCHOOL

Mr. Evans-Freke’s financial support is enabling this small community school to provide an intimate educational experience to the children of Rathbarry.

IRELAND: BLACKWATER VALLEY OPERA FESTIVAL

As a Foundation Patron of the Blackwater Valley Opera Festival, Mr. Evans-Freke is supporting this burgeoning annual forum which showcases classically-trained Irish musicians and singers. In 2018, he sponsored and hosted a major fundraising event at Castle Freke to enlist additional Festival supporters.

IRELAND: MUNSTER DRESSAGE

Mr. Evans-Freke hosts and sponsors an annual dressage competition at Castle Freke, providing purse money to winners, in order to encourage and promote this highly specialized talent among top Irish riders.
